Coastal redwood trees are among the tallest living trees in the world, yet they have extremely shallow roots in comparison to their gigantic size. They grow older and persevere, in part, due to their interconnected roots, allowing them to provide stability, water, and nutrients to other neighboring trees. I believe that we hold something in common with redwoods as humans: we are all stronger together. I hope to provide some support as you navigate seeking mental clarity and stability.
